This is the most
popular and famous Trekking area in Nepal. The Annapurna
Conservation region is the most geographically and culturally
diverse protected area anywhere in the World.
All treks except Annapurna Circuit began at Pokhara, a lakeside
city, paradise of Nepal and marvelous mountain backdrop. Here
you may visit lakes, David's fall, caves, plunging gorges,
museums, a Tibetan camp or simply enjoy the unsurpassable view
of Annapurna Range. Option for your trek includes a climb up to
Poon Hill and machhapuchhare. Visit Gangdrung, a large and
typical Gurung village, home of many of Gorkha Soldier, famous
for the brave exploits in World War II. Another favorite
destination is Muktinath, a holy pilgrimage for both Hindus and
Buddhists. The mountain scenery will bring you lifetime
memories. The option of the Annapurna circuit gives the Trekkers
a chance of an adventure of Crossing Thorang Pass (5416m).

The Jomsom trek is a wonderful opportunity to witness the beauty
of the Annapurna region with a shorter trek. The 6-days trek to
Jomsom is essentially the last third of the Annapurna circuit.
