 This trip is specially designed for those photographers who are seeking to shoot the Himalayan range Specially the Mt Everest, where the same can enjoy the great Jungle safari activities in Chitwan National park, the most popular National park in Asia. Sight seeing in Kathmandu valley offers the true fantasy of Nepali culture with Hindu religion. Trek to Gokyo offers a good alternative to the traditional trek to Everest Base Camp. The group of great four of 8000m peaks (Cho Oyu, Everest, Lhotse and Makalu) is clearly visible from Gokyo. There are several options for additional side trips and high altitude walking and this trip covers Thame, famous for the residence of sherpa climbers, the local people of Everest region.

Itinerary:
Day 01:Arrived at Kathmandu. (ON Hotel at Kathmandu) Meet and greet at Airport by Adventure Monalisa representative and then you'll be taken to your hotel. While in Kathmandu you will have time fascinating Buddhist and Hindu temples and shrines reflecting ancient local traditions are highlighted on our guided tour. There's time to explore the city's many charms on your own too. In the evening, delicious traditional Nepali welcome dinner will be served in Traditional Nepali restaurant and at the same time you will have chance to talk about your trip with the Adventure Monalisa's representative. O/N in Kathamandu.
Day 02:Kathmandu Valley Sight seeing (ON Hotel at Kathmandu) After breakfast, we'll visit Swayambhunath temple, said to be 2000 years stupa on a hillock offers breath-taking view of Kathmandu City. We will then process to Visit Pasupatinath, the national temple of Nepal and Bouddhanath. After lunch we'll visit Kathmandu Durbar Square, Patan (Lalitpur) - which is the oldest of the three major cities in Kathmandu Valley - famous for its Buddhist monuments and Hindu temples, and you can catch the traditional artisans works with wood, stones and metals. O/N Hotel in Kathmandu.
Day 03: Fly to Lukla and trek to Phakding. (ON Lodge at Phakding) Early morning your guide will come to pick up you from your hotel and transfer to the domestic airport. Fly from Kathmandu to Lukla where the trek starts. Initially the trail descends steadily along the banks of the Dudh Koshi River, passing Sherpa villages and Mani stones before reaching Phakding. This an easy day for first step to Khumbu region and day time explore the village and river bank and overnight at Phakding.
Day 04: Trek to Namche. (ON Lodge at Namche) The trail ascends gradually towards Jorsalle, crossing suspension bridges over the Dudhkoshi River before arriving at the entrance gate to the national park. After crossing three more bridges the trail ascends through the alpine and rhododendron forest. After crossing last suspension bridge and trek up to Namche village for two hours steeply uphills. You may have chance to see the Mt. Everest view from one step and chances to see the Pheasant and some mountain goat and finally reaches to magnificent view of Namche bazzar and overnight at Hotel.
Day 05: Rest in Namche, Everest at Glance Day! It will be the magic day for your trip as you will just rest here and walk around the Namche Bazar where you can explore the real test of Sherpa culture. It's the day you can hold many peaks on your eyes for full day. It's the rest day, it's the gorgeous day, ON lodge in Namche Bazar.
Day 06: Trek to Phorte Tanga and to Dole. (ON Lodge at Dole) Start your trek to the gokyo part crossing through the chhorten with a scenery of Mt. Everest and Lhotse, Ama Dablam, Khangtega, Kusum Kangaru, Tawache and more peaks around the area. You can see the 360 degree view of snow capped mountain from this route and reaches at Kyanjuma. This is also most popular places for himalayan wildlife such as Musk deer, Pheasant (Danfe), blood pheasants, himalayan goat etc (BBC planet Earth has filmed in Apr 005 through the Gurkha Encounters support) and trek ascents the left side to Monga hill and continue down to Phortse Thanga and lunch serving at here. After lunch trek up to Dole and overnight at Hotel.
Day 07: Trekking to Machhermo. (ON Lodge at Machhermo) From Dole the trail climbs via Lhabarma at 4220m to Luza at 4360m. The path is steep in most places as it climbs through scrub to Lhabarma. The track continues to climb along the side of the valley high above the river, crossing sandy spurs to reach Machermo at 4410m. It was in Machermo in 1974 that one of the first Yeti sightings was reported in Khumbu. There are three hotels and good mountain views in Machhermo.
Day 08: Trekking to Gokyo. (ON Lodge at Gokyo) Beyond Machhermo the trail climbs a ridge for an excellent view both down the valley to Kantega and up towards Cho-Oyu (8153m). Beyond the ridge the valley widens as the trail passes through Pangram at 4390m. We descend to the river bank before beginning the climb up to the terminal moraine of the Ngozumpa glacier. It is a steep climb on the moraine. Afterwards the trail levels out as it follows the valley past a second lake, known as Longponga at 4690m, where you can find the Lama Foot prints then finally up a boulder-strewn path to Gokyo at 4,750m, on edge of third lake.
Day 09: Rest day at Gokyo. (ON Lodge at Gokyo) After your Gokyo breakfast you may have chance to explore up to the fifth lake passing another forth lake and enjoy the view. This is great an opportunity to see full part of Mt. Everest and Cho-yu with a lake view in Himalayas. Northern part you can see the Cho-yu base camp and biggest glacier of the world named Na-jumpa glacier. Don't forget to bring a bottle of water, some snacks and packed food, hat, gloves and sunglass and back to hotel.
Day 10: Trekking to Dole. (ON Lodge at Dole) This day an easy going down through the same way where you passed already to come up to the Gokyo. This day offer you fantastic view of the surrounding mountain and back to the Dole and overnight at hotel.
Day 11: Trekking to Khumjung Village. (ON Lodge at Khumjung) Trek down again for fer hours and climb uphill to the Mongla top. Most chances to see the Himalayan Thar, Himalayan Monal, Danfe, Blood Pheasant and musk deer. Enjoying the day with wildlife scenery and hidden valley with hillary school. Visit monastery with Yeti head and overnight at hotel.
Day 12: Trekking to Thame. (ON Lodge at Thame) This is a place you visiting with a fantastic scenery of mountain and most of famous sherpa climber from this village. Most of climbers are the record breaking to climb to Mt. Everest and this place called zone of the record climbers. Enjoy exploring around the village and love to scenery and overnight at hotel.
Day 13: Trekking to Monju. (ON Lodge at Monju) Trek back to Namche and descending the dudh Koshi River with a view of Kongde, Kusum Kangaru, Thamserku and en-route Mt. Everest from one point and crossing the suspension bridges and overnight at Monju.
Day 14: Trekking to Lukla. (ON Lodge at Lukla) This is last and easy day for your trek and after a breakfast trek back to Lukla takes 3/4 hours. After refreshing and day time lunch will be in Lukla. Our Guide and trekking Crew will help you to explore the local market and village and happy dinner and last mountain night with a dream of completed high Himalayan trek.
Day 15: Fly back to Kathmandu. (ON Hotel at Kathmandu) Early morning with a rush breakfast check in to airport and fly back to Kathmandu with scenery and reaches at Kathmandu. Guide will transfer to the hotel and trekking service is over for this time but your pleasant Jungle safari trip will start again.
Day 16: Drive to Chitwan. (ON Hotel/Resort at Chitwan) Today, you will change your way to Terai Region of Nepal where you will find different test of Nepal, the real test of Terai. When you will reach at Bus Park, Guide of the Resort will greet you and take you to the resort. After your lunch at Resort you will get an hour to rest and then start to walk with guide to explore the locality of Tharu village and you will be able to visit visitors' center and museum of the Royal Chitawan national Park, the word heritage site on same day.
After your Dinner, you will go to mix you up with the local culture, the culture program of Local people in local Tharu Theater. O/N Resort at Chitwan.
Day 17: Jungle Safari Activities at Royal National Park (ON Hotel/Resort at Chitwan) After Breakfast early at morning, your Jungle walk with Nature Guide will start. Before Jungle walk, a traditional dugout canoe takes you on a silent trip down the Rapti River to view aquatic birds and the animals of the riverbanks. This encounter on foot with the environment will introduce the main features of Royal Chitwan National park. Sal forest, open grassland and reverie jungle, Its is the resident of many one-horned Rhinos, several types of deer, monkeys, wild boar, bison, sloth bear, leopard and, the Royal Bengal tiger and many more wild animals and birds. Our guides will help you identify some species of birds, plants and other wildlife that you may encounter. This Jungle walk will continue for 4 or 5 hours and then you will return to the Resort.
After Lunch at 2:00, you will get an hour to rest and then have to ready for Elephant ride, Guests will ride on an elephant to explore the jungle and wildlife. O/N at Resort at Chitwan.
Day 18: Drive to Kathmandu (ON Hotel at Kathmandu) Wake up early morning with tea or coffee. go for bird watching for one and half hours around the river and National park then come back to Resort. Breakfast at 9:00, Luggage down and departure at 9: 30 to Kathmandu. O/N at Hotel at Kathmandu.
Day 19: Rest day at Kathmandu. (ON Hotel at Kathmandu) After breakfast, free to shop and pick up some last minute souvenirs and walk around the Kathmandu Valley. ON Hotel at Kathmandu
Day 20: Departure to Tribhuwan international airport. Today we meet again not for to go some where but to say good bye each other and share the warm feelings of the tour again. After breakfast, your trip finished and we will transfer to the Airport for departure.
